Draft my self-review from the raw notes below. 1. Group my work into three or four themes rather than a chronological list. 2. For each theme: what I did, the outcome, and who it affected. Outcomes only from my notes. 3. Write an honest section on what did not go well, in the form of what I learned and changed, not self-flagellation and not a hidden brag. 4. Add a short section on what I want next, tied to work I have already started. 5. Mark any claim you think a manager would push back on, and say what evidence would strengthen it. Keep it factual. Do not add superlatives, and do not describe routine work as transformative. Review period and notes:
