Is this promotion case defensible?

Read my promotion case as the sceptic in the calibration room. Which claims would they challenge, and which pieces of evidence do not actually demonstrate the level I am arguing for? Name the thinnest part honestly. Suggest what evidence would fix it, never new claims I have not made.
