Decide between two offers

Two offers on the table and a deadline you keep pushing back.

Help me choose between these two offers. I want a recommendation, not a balanced list.

1. Build a comparison across: total compensation over three years including equity assumptions, the work itself, who I would learn from, the risk each carries, and what each does to my options two years out.
2. Name the factors I am weighting too heavily because they are easy to measure, and the ones I am underweighting because they are not.
3. Ask me at most three questions whose answers would change the recommendation.
4. Then commit: which offer, and why, in one paragraph.
5. Finally, describe the version of me who would regret that choice, and say whether that person sounds like me.
