The text below is too abstract. Find where and fix it. 1. Quote every sentence that would still be true if you swapped the subject for a different company, product or situation. Those are the empty ones. 2. For each, tell me what specific information would make it real: a number, a name, a date, an example, a before and after. 3. Where I have given you enough detail elsewhere in the text, write the concrete version. 4. Where I have not, write the sentence with a clearly marked gap such as [number of users] and ask me for it. Do not invent plausible-sounding specifics. A fabricated statistic is worse than an admitted gap. Text:
