Build a weighted decision matrix for the choice below. 1. Propose the criteria. Include at least one I did not mention that you think matters, and say why. 2. Propose weights summing to 100. Justify each weight in one line. 3. Score each option 1 to 5 per criterion, marking any score you are inferring rather than reading off a known fact. 4. Show the weighted totals as a table. 5. Then do the part people skip: tell me how much the weights would have to move to change the winner. If a small nudge flips the result, the matrix is not deciding this and you should say so.
