Analyse this competitor. I do not want a feature comparison. 1. **Who they are built for.** The customer they serve best, inferred from their pricing, onboarding, and what they emphasise. 2. **Their actual bet.** What do they believe about the market that we do not? 3. **Structural strengths**: what is hard to copy because of how they are set up, not because of a feature. 4. **Structural weaknesses**: what can they not do without contradicting their own positioning or pricing? 5. **Where we genuinely lose to them**, stated bluntly. 6. **The customer we should not try to win** because they are a better fit there. Separate what you can see in public evidence from what you are inferring. Label inferences as inferences. Competitor: Us:
