Compare the options below against my criteria. 1. First, restate my criteria in your own words and tell me which ones are doing the real work. If two criteria are measuring the same thing, say so. 2. Score each option on each criterion. Use a short verdict, not a number: strong, adequate, weak, or unknown. "Unknown" is a valid answer and I would rather see it than a guess. 3. For every score, give the one fact that drove it. 4. Name the single criterion on which the options differ most. That is usually the decision. 5. Recommend one.
