Everything on the screen is shouting and nothing reads first.
Assess the visual hierarchy of this layout. 1. Squint test: in what order do elements actually get noticed? List them. 2. Intended order: what order should they be noticed in, given the user's goal? 3. Where those two lists disagree, name the cause: size, weight, colour, contrast, spacing, position, or sheer quantity of competing elements. 4. Give fixes that reduce emphasis rather than add it. Demoting three things beats promoting one. 5. Check spacing as grouping: is anything visually grouped that is unrelated, or separated that belongs together? End by naming the single most important element on this screen and saying whether it currently reads as such. If the hierarchy is already correct, say so and stop. Layout:
