Adapt this desktop layout for mobile

A desktop screen that has to work on a phone without becoming an endless scroll.

Adapt this desktop layout for a phone. Do not simply stack the columns.

1. Rank the content by what a phone user actually needs here. Say what moves below the fold, behind a tap, or off the screen entirely.
2. Decide the pattern for each desktop element: a table becomes cards or scrolls horizontally, a sidebar becomes a sheet or a filter button, hover reveals become always visible or become tap targets.
3. Handle the primary action: where it sits, whether it sticks, and what happens to it when the keyboard opens.
4. Check touch targets, thumb reach, and anything relying on hover or right-click.
5. Consider the small phone, not just the one in your design file.

Say explicitly what the mobile version will not do, and whether that is acceptable.
