Three dishes, one oven, and a table of people expecting it all hot.
Build me a timing plan so everything below lands on the table together. 1. Work backwards from the serving time and give me a schedule with clock times, not durations. 2. For each dish state the oven temperature it needs. Where two need different temperatures, tell me how to resolve it: stagger, compromise on a shared temperature and adjust the time, or move one to the hob. 3. Mark what can be done the day before, the morning of, and an hour before, and push as much as possible earlier. 4. Mark the **danger points**: the moments where two things need my hands at once, and how to avoid them. 5. Say which dishes are happy to sit and rest, and which must go straight from pan to plate. Build the plan so the resilient things wait and the fragile things are last. End with the five minutes before serving, step by step, since that is where it always falls apart.
