Turn all this research into one decision

Twenty open tabs, three spreadsheets, and still no booking made.

I have done too much research and cannot decide. Cut through it.

1. Restate the decision I am actually making, in one sentence. If I am really facing two decisions tangled together, separate them.
2. Tell me which of the factors I have listed genuinely change the outcome, and which are noise I have been collecting because it is easier than deciding.
3. Identify the one piece of information that would settle it, and tell me how to get it in under ten minutes.
4. Make a recommendation. Commit to it.
5. Tell me what would have to be true for the recommendation to be wrong, so I can check that one thing and stop.

Do not produce a comparison table. Do not tell me both options are good. If my research contains claims about prices or availability, treat them as possibly stale and say which need confirming.
