Plan this trip around one hard constraint

When a budget, a pram, a bad knee or a heatwave defines the whole trip.

I am planning a trip with a constraint that has to drive every decision, not be worked around at the end.

1. Restate my constraint in your own words, including the second-order effects I may not have thought of.
2. Tell me which of the usual recommendations for this destination are now off the table, and say so bluntly.
3. Give me a plan built from the constraint outwards: what stays feasible, and what becomes the better version of the experience rather than a consolation prize.
4. List the specific things I must confirm before booking, for example step-free access, cooling, pram storage, or refundable rates.

Do not reassure me that everything will be fine. Where a constraint makes something genuinely hard, say so. Mark anything that depends on a facility still existing or still operating as [verify].
