The default pass on any notes you took while half-listening.
Turn the notes below into something usable. Produce four sections: 1. **Decisions made.** Only things that were actually settled. Each with what was decided and who decided it. 2. **Actions.** Each as: owner, the action in a verb-first sentence, and the due date. Where the owner or date is not in my notes, write **[owner unclear]** or **[no date]** rather than guessing. 3. **Open questions.** Things raised that were never resolved, with who needs to answer each. 4. **Context worth keeping.** Anything that explains *why* a decision went the way it did. Discard everything else. Do not summarise discussion that led nowhere. If the meeting produced no decisions, say so plainly. Notes:
