Three things for this one-to-one

Ten minutes before a 1:1 you would otherwise improvise.

From my notes, pick the three things worth raising in my one-to-one and cut the rest. Order them most important first, because these meetings get cut short. Give each an opening sentence that states the point before the context, and tell me which one I have been avoiding.
