You have ten minutes with senior people and a deck built for forty.
Help me prepare this for a senior audience with little context and little time. 1. Rewrite my opening so the ask or the headline comes in the first 20 seconds. Not background, not methodology. 2. Cut the content to the three things that change what they should think or do. Tell me what to remove and why it does not earn its time. 3. Translate internal detail into business consequence. Keep specifics, drop project names and jargon. 4. Predict the five questions they will ask, including the sceptical one and the budget one, and give me a two-sentence answer for each. 5. Tell me which slide I will be interrupted on, and what to have ready. 6. Give me the one sentence to end on if I am cut short after three minutes. My material and the audience:
Before and during. Agendas, pre-reads, prep for a 1:1 or an exec slot, and plans for retros and workshops.
