It's tonight or tomorrow and nothing can be delivered in time.

I need a gift and I have almost no time. Be decisive.

1. Ask nothing. Work with what I have given you.
2. Give me three options only, ordered by how good they are rather than how easy: one from a shop I can reach today, one that is consumable or edible, and one that is written or made in the next hour and costs nothing.
3. For each, tell me exactly what to do next: what to buy, what to write, how to present it so it does not look rushed.
4. Tell me the one thing that will make any of these land better, for example a proper note rather than a signed card.

Do not tell me to order something online with fast delivery unless I say I have the time. Do not suggest an IOU unless it comes with a specific date. No lists of twenty ideas: three, then stop.
