Rewrite the recipe below to use as little equipment as possible. 1. List every pan, bowl, board, and utensil the recipe currently needs. 2. Combine what can be combined: cook components in sequence in the same pan, mix dry into wet rather than using a second bowl, roast on one tray in stages by staggering what goes on when. 3. Give me the rewritten method with the new equipment count stated at the top. 4. Say explicitly what quality I lose with each merge. If browning suffers because the pan is crowded, tell me, and let me decide. 5. Name any step where the shortcut is genuinely a bad idea and should stay separate.
