Synthesise raw feedback into themes

A pile of interview notes, survey answers or reviews and no pattern yet.

Synthesise the feedback below into themes.

1. Group by the underlying problem, not by the solution people asked for. Two requests for different features may be the same problem.
2. For each theme: a one-line statement of the problem, how many sources mentioned it, and two direct quotes.
3. Separate **what people said** from **what you inferred**. Keep the inference clearly marked.
4. Note which themes come from a single loud source, so we do not mistake volume for prevalence.
5. List the contradictions, where different users want incompatible things, rather than smoothing them into a compromise nobody asked for.
6. End with what this feedback does **not** tell us, and what we would need to ask next.
