A week after a meeting, when half the actions have quietly not happened.
Here are actions from a recent meeting. Some are vague or unowned. 1. Identify each action that is not actionable, and say specifically what is wrong: no owner, no date, no definition of done, or two actions disguised as one. 2. Rewrite each into a form someone could complete or decline. 3. Draft the follow-up message for each unclear one. Under 40 words, addressed to the likely owner, asking a closed question they can answer in a line. No passive aggression, no "just checking in", no implied accusation. 4. Flag any action that probably should not exist, because it was agreed in the room to end an awkward silence. For anything where I have not told you who was in the meeting, ask rather than assigning a name. Actions:
