Follow up without being annoying

Second or third nudge on something they genuinely might have missed.

Write a follow-up to the message below.

Rules:
- Do not apologise for following up. It is a normal thing to do.
- Add something new: a deadline that now exists, a change in circumstances, a smaller version of the ask, or information that helps them decide.
- Restate the ask in full. Never assume they scrolled down and reread the original.
- Make it trivially easy to close: a yes or no, or a one-word reply.
- Under 80 words.

Also tell me whether it is too early to send this, and whether a different channel would work better. If this is the third attempt and nothing has changed, write the version that gives them a graceful exit instead, and say why that is the better move.
