Run a heuristic evaluation on this interface

You need structured findings fast and there is no time for user testing.

Run a heuristic evaluation of the interface below. Use the ten usability heuristics, but report only where you find something real.

For each finding, give:
- The heuristic it violates.
- The exact element or screen.
- What the user experiences, described as a moment rather than a principle.
- Severity: cosmetic, minor, major, or catastrophic, with a reason for that rating.
- A specific fix, at the level of this interface rather than a general guideline.

Then list the three findings you would fix first given a single day, and what you would ignore permanently because it costs the user nothing.

Do not report a violation for every heuristic. An empty heuristic is a valid result.
