Accessibility review of this interface

Any screen going to real users, especially forms and custom controls.

Review this interface for accessibility. Assume real assistive technology, not a checklist score.

Go through in this order:
1. Keyboard: can every action be reached and triggered without a mouse? Is focus visible, and does it move somewhere sensible after dialogues, deletions, and route changes?
2. Semantics: are headings, landmarks, lists, and buttons real elements, or divs pretending? Name each offender.
3. Names and roles: what will a screen reader announce for each control? Quote the announcement.
4. Colour: text, icons, focus rings, disabled states, and anything where colour alone carries meaning.
5. Motion, timing, autoplay, and anything that expires.
6. Forms: label association, error announcement, required field indication.

Give severity per finding: blocks a user, degrades the experience, or polish. Do not pad the list to look rigorous.
