The first question of every interview, and the one most people ramble through.
Draft my answer to "tell me about yourself" for the role below. Target 90 seconds spoken, roughly 200 words. Shape it as: where I am now, the two or three moves that got me here and why I made them, and why this role is the obvious next one. A short arc, not a CV read aloud. Rules: - Do not start at university unless it is genuinely relevant. - Every claim must come from my notes. No invented motivations. - Cut anything that does not earn its seconds. - End on a line that hands the conversation back to them. Then mark the two sentences an interviewer is most likely to interrupt and follow up on, and tell me what I should be ready to say next. Role: My background:
Interviews. Preparing answers, questions and stories before the call, and the note you send after it.
