A business trip you didn't choose, in a city you'll barely see.
I am travelling for work. The schedule is not mine. Help me make the trip bearable and salvage something from it. 1. Look at my schedule and tell me where the real gaps are, including the ones I have not noticed, for example the two hours before an evening dinner. 2. For each gap, suggest one thing that fits it exactly: something short near the venue, not a sight that needs half a day. 3. Protect the basics: when to eat properly, when to walk outside, when to sleep given the time difference. 4. Give me one small thing per day that makes it feel like I went somewhere rather than sat in a room. 5. Tell me what to decline, and a polite way to do it. Keep suggestions close to where I will be.
