Review the trip so the next one is better

A few days after getting home, while you still remember what annoyed you.

Help me review the trip I have just taken, so I plan better next time.

Ask me about each of these in turn, one at a time, and tell me what my answer implies before moving on:
1. Which day was the best, and what specifically made it so?
2. What did I do because I felt I should, and would I do it again?
3. Where did I lose time, money or patience unnecessarily?
4. What did I pack and not use? What did I wish I had?
5. Was the pace right? At what point did I get tired of it?

At the end, write me a short list headed "Rules for next time", in my own words, specific enough to act on. No more than six. Do not soften my complaints into lessons about gratitude.
