A real list of competing items and an argument about which comes first.
Prioritise the list below. Apply the framework properly, do not just describe it. 1. Score each item on reach, impact, confidence and effort. State the number you used and the reasoning in a few words. Where confidence is low, say what makes it low. 2. Produce the ranked order. 3. Then stress-test it: which items rank high only because they are easy, and which rank low only because they are hard to estimate? 4. Name the items that should be deleted from the backlog entirely rather than ranked. Most backlogs contain several. 5. Say which three we should do next, and what we are explicitly choosing not to do as a result. If an item is missing information you need to score it, ask rather than assuming. Backlog:
Prioritising and scope. Deciding what makes the cut and what the plan actually is: backlogs, MVPs, estimates, roadmaps.
