Write a portfolio case study for the project below, around 400 words. Sections: 1. **The problem**, stated so a reader outside the project understands why it mattered. 2. **Constraints**: time, budget, team, technical or organisational limits. These make the work legible. 3. **What I decided and why.** Two or three real decisions, including at least one trade-off I chose to accept. 4. **What it does now**, concretely. 5. **Outcome**, using only numbers I gave you. If I gave none, write **[no outcome data]** and suggest what I could measure or ask for. 6. **What I would do differently.** One honest paragraph, not a humblebrag. Write in first person. If I was one of several people, say what I personally owned. Project notes:
